When will my scooter ship?
Most in-stock EV Rider scooters ship within 1 business day after your order is confirmed. Please look out for a quick call or email from our EV Rider Scooters team so we can verify your order and help make sure the model is a good fit before it ships.
Does my scooter arrive assembled?
Folding scooters arrive fully assembled and ready for simple setup. Portable scooters that disassemble arrive in their individual pieces and can typically be put together in under 2 minutes without tools.
Does an EV Rider scooter include a battery and charger?
Yes. Every EV Rider mobility scooter includes the battery and charger needed for normal operation.
What warranty comes with my scooter?
EV Rider scooters include a 3-year limited warranty on structural frame components and a 1-year limited warranty on covered electronic components and parts. Labor, service calls, and shipping costs are generally not included. Warranty service is handled through EV Rider or an authorized EV Rider service facility.
Can I travel with an EV Rider scooter?
Many EV Rider scooters are designed specifically for travel and use airline- and cruise-approved lithium batteries. We recommend confirming your scooter and battery with your airline or cruise line before departure.

Do you ship internationally?
No. EV Rider Scooters currently ships within the United States only.
