Yes, all scooters come with a full manufacturer warranty. This includes Open Box models, which are warrantied as Brand New and come with the full EV Rider Manufacturer Warranty.

Of course! All scooters come fully assembled. Because of the shipping boxes, you may need to pop on a seat or pop in a battery, but no "building" of any kind is required!

We can quote a White Glove service upon request, but all products arrive assembled. Folding products arrive in a box in their folded position and non-folding products only need simple steps, such as popping on the seat, or raising the tiller. No products require actual assembly!
