Open Box units are barely used returns that were quickly returned within 30 days. They will have very minor blemishes, if any. They were quickly tried, repackaged, and returned. The EV Rider folding scooters come with an easy-to-use folding mechanism. Depending on the model, you can either manually fold the scooter by pressing a single lever, or use an automatic folding feature activated by a button/remote. Both manual and autofolding scooters fold in under ten seconds.
