Great scooter. But could use about 1 more inch of ground clearance. It scraps on dock and cruise ship doors.

It was a lot harder to get it started than stated

It was a lot harder to get it started than stated,because manual was different than reality.Then lifting a 50lb grandchild is different than lifting the 50lb ev.But I am really anxious to get started using it.

This is my 2nd EV Rider and really value it. I had a stroke, and the auto-fold feature is an absolute life-saver for me. It is fairly light and so many people stop in the parking lot to help me get it in or out of the trunk (although I can sort of do it myself, I am so moved by the caring heart of so many people. Choose carefully between the model with the front wheels close together and the model with them apart, out at the corners. I have both, the one with wide spread wheels being a bit more stable, but has a noticeably wider turning radius and a little trickier knowing where to put your feet. Both are superior. Can't go wrong.

This is my second scooter from EV Rider. Now me and my wife can scoot together! I've used them when flying and the airlines take them folded up at the gate with no problem. People often are impressed by their looks, ease of use, and folded up convenience. I would recommend one to anyone.

It's nice, but it's too heavy for me to handle. Wish it was easier to handle over doorway thresholds. It is a nice products and folds easily.

My one complaint would be that it would be nice if it would limit the speed it goes when in reverse

Good scooter

Would have given 5 stars but operating instructions could use an English update. Also, instruction booklet said nothing about where to plug in the fuse and cover which came in a separate plastic bag. However, tech help was great. Difficult to separate the two battery wire connectors to remove from the scooter. Instructions should explain that the battery must be removed from the location on the scooter and laid to one side so the scooter can be folded for airline travel. Also found a good travel bag with wheels and a padded box to hold the battery for airline carry-on baggage. Overall, a good product with plenty of power.

Compact for travel

Fits nicely in the trunk of my car. Turning indoors is a bit tight, but overall a good scooter.

Great Product

This is an absolutely awesome product. I feel secure and am not worried about tipping over when riding over uneven surfaces on pavements or concrete. The prior EVRider Scooter I had was a four wheel scooter as well, but the two front wheels were extremely close together and I felt like I could tip over on sever occasions when riding on uneven surfaces. My only issue is - PLEASE consider making the seat more comfortable.
